Jeanie Webb is the 2023 Linda Croak Service Award Recipient

The Junior Service League of Midwest City was pleased to present Dr. Jeanie Webb with the 2023 Linda Croak Service Award. Presenting the award was Julie Waddle, JSL Parliamentarian, and Linda Croak’s granddaughter.

In 2013, Dr. Jeanie Webb was appointed by the Rose State College Board of Regents to serve as the institution’s seventh president. As President of Rose State College, Dr. Webb plays an active role in civic organizations. In May of 2017, Dr. Webb accepted an invitation to participate in HLC Partners for Transformation. She serves on the Boards of Oklahoma Manufacturing Alliance, Governor’s Roundtable, Midwest City Chamber, Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce Small Group Advisory Board, Creative Oklahoma, MWC Economic Development as chair, OACC, and many others. She is one of four Oklahoma Presidents appointed to serve on an Education Recovery Task Force formed by the Southern Regional Education Board to help colleges and universities respond to the COVID-19 crisis. Keeping close ties with the Tinker community, she has participated in the 72nd ABW COMMSTAR class, the 552nd ACW Honorary Commanders program, and the TACAMO Navy Community Leadership program.

Among recent accomplishments, Dr. Webb received The Journal Record’s Top 50 Oklahoma Women “Making a Difference”, is a two-time recipient of the Visionary Leader Award from the Midwest City Chamber of Commerce, and was named 2020 Outstanding Alumna of NEO A&M College. On April 8, 2022, Dr. Webb was recognized by the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society with the Shirley B. Gordon Award of Distinction.
